Ease of Doing Business
- As per DIPP and World Bank report of 2015, Madhya Pradesh is among the top 5 states in India in terms of Ease of Doing Business
- The state ranks number one, in terms of allotment of land and obtaining construction permit, according to the same report
- The report also appreciated the simplified and conducive labour policies of the state – need to maintain just one labour registers in place of 61 and single annual return in place of 13, for all industries & establishments
- The state has an empowered and effective Single Window System for time bound clearance of approvals. It provides a transparent one stop solution. It is a repository for information regarding state's infrastructure, information about investment application processes and grievance redressal
- VAT reimbursements are credited directly into company's account
